The new NIST API with KEM keygen/encaps/decaps seems quite suitable to
DH-type post-quantum protocols that I'm aware of.  The key exchange API
in our Open Quantum Safe project is indeed along the same lines as the
NIST API, effectively with just renamed variables and types, and there
should be little problem in translating one to the other.
